Bazaarvoice identified and resolved an issue of backlogged Social Alerts(review approved/rejected emails etc.) dating back to October 2025 for clients in the c2 cluster. This backlog was cleared up during a deployment and some consumers may have received these emails today. Clients can find their cluster within the Portal by clicking the "gear icon" > Hosting Summary. This is the final update.
